This week, Dr Fiona Regan & Ruth Clinton are attending this year’s BlueTech Forum. The event will take place in the Kew Gardens in London, UK. The main topic of this event is Innovating Towards Resilient Water Systems. This year’s sessions will show how the future of the water sector is being shaped through Roundtable briefings, keynotes and case studies.
Alongside these sessions, there will be a number of talks of varying topics with the main theme of water innovation. The speakers of the conference come from many different companies and organisations. The speakers are Sandy Fabritz (Freeport McMoRan), Nick Jeffries (Ellen Macarthur Foundation), David Sedlak (University of California at Berkeley), Paul Brujin (HEINEKEN), Shauna Cubberley (Anglian Water), and Michael Pawlyn (Pioneer of Biomimicry). The event is sure to be an interesting one, and we at the Institute can’t wait to see what happens!
