Water Institute member Prof. Regina Connelly of the DCU Business School received the Director’s Prize for Diversity & Inclusion in recognition of her research record in the area of digital inclusion and its impact on public policy transformation.
The awards were presented in Athlone early in September by Director of LERO Prof. Brian Fitzgerald, who congratulated the prize winners. He stated they were “leaders in their respective fields” and that there were “many strong nominations for the inaugural Director’s Prize.”
The LERO Director’s prizes are an awards programme founded to recognise the enormous commitment and contribution of members to the research centre’s success.
