A warm and enthusiastic welcome to Dr Brian Freeland, our newest addition to the DCU Water Institute. Brian joins us with a wealth of experience and expertise in Mechatronic engineering and his research interests are Applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tools to understand and control complex systems including bioprocessing & nano fabrication. Using On-line spectroscopy, Biocalorimetry, Gas Analysis, soft-sensors & ANN aligning seamlessly with many water projects.
We eagerly anticipate the valuable contributions and fresh insights that Brian will bring to our ongoing projects. At our the DCU Water Institute collaboration and innovation are at the core of our mission, and we are confident that Brian’s presence will enhance our collective research efforts.
